Part 1 of 6: First we'd like to make sure that you have some idea of what the cost of your booking will be.
To save cancelling your booking based on incorrect quoting you should always make sure you get a quote first. This will also help to save us the time and effort spent processing your booking unnecessarily.

If you have estimated a price for yourself, please be aware that the price may be incorrect if you have not included additional charges like parking or distance charges.  Select 'YES' below unless you are happy to have us adjust the price if needed, then book you in without confirming it with you first.

From December 1st - December 23rd all bookings with a start time between 10am - 2pm will incur an additional peak time surcharge of $25 per booking.

(Bookings from 24th December - 8 January will incur an additional holiday surcharge.  We'll quote according to length and number of painters but generally it'll be an additional 75% of our usual rate ...more so if it's a short booking).

Advertising When we work: What restrictions are there and additional fees applied.
Because our painters will photograph the people at your event and offer them our card so they know where to find their photo, we need to be sure this will be OK to do.   It is very rarely an issue as guest or patrons of any event react quite positively.  we do not "sell" ourselves we only have the cards or flyers on the table where we work for anyone to take.  If we are required to limit our advertising or we are not allowed to advertise for reasons relating to 'conflict of business interest' (agencies or other vendors asking us to re-direct business their way) then we apply additional charges.  Please read the terms & conditions (on the links just above) under the heading "Advertising Limitations ..." for a detailed description and the reasons for this. 
The additional charges applied will be 25% of the charge for the first hour of your booking eg. if 1 painter for the first hour = $125.00 then the fee is $31.25 per painter hired.
