By completing this form you are
giving your consent to have your child’s face (or other areas of the body)
painted by Cheeky Face, face painters.
We use professional, water based, face paints that are non toxic and
contain hypoallergenic properties. These paints wash off easily with a
face cloth and warm soapy water or wet ones.
As a standard practice of Cheeky Face, we will not paint on any skin
infections such as cold sores, conjunctivitis, chicken pox marks, or open
cuts or sores. Although we do offer alternatives such painting around the
area affected.
If your child suffers from any skin sensitivities, food allergies,
allergic reaction to soaps, skin creams etc… we would prefer to leave the
decision entirely to you as to whether your child has their face painted
on the day or even the possibility of painting another part of the body
that is not affected.
We can also paint a small picture of their choice on another part of the
body like the hands or arms or alternatively we can offer a small sticker
or stamp.

It is standard practice for
‘Cheeky Face’ to take a photograph of the child’s painted face and make
the photograph available online at
www.cheekyface.com.au in our gallery. The pictures used, serve
as a history of ‘Cheeky Face’ painter’s work which allows customers to see
the progress and what standards have been most recently achieved. This
will also mean that your child’s photograph will be available for you to
access anytime via the website and copy it to your own files, which you
will then be able to print for yourself if you have access to a home
printer. Alternatively you can order a copy of the photo via our
website. Your child’s photo can be removed by request at any time. |
