15th February 2008 They tell me that Squirrel mail is not currently working so you may have to use Horde. You can try it for yourself when you log in but not sure if you will be allowed access. There have been some issues regarding email and the link below has been updated. You will very likely receive a browser warning telling you not to go through to the website but you should still be able to click through. Do so and you will be asked to log-in. Not sure what that's all about but it's what our web hosting company is telling us to do. |
| To log in to your Cheeky Face email account
click here
then click to use Squirrel Email management for your e-mail as the
other programs are not safe. Once you are logged in to your account you can customize the look of it by using the options link at the top of your account profile. You can add and delete folders too. |

| All our face painters have an e-mail
address created for them at Cheeky Face. If you are one of our painters and you do not have a Cheeky face e-mail address and would like one please contact us and we'll set one up for you. |
| if you are having trouble logging into your email account be sure to check that there are no blank spaces on either side of the user id and password then try again. Also be sure that you use exactly the same case as has been given to you. usually all usernames and passwords will be all lower case but on occasion and if requested there may be capitals. |
