Filling out the online forms can make enquiries and bookings a lot simpler. In fact as it may often be difficult for us to get to the phone these forms are the best way to have your queries and bookings processed quickly. If you require us to call you back that's no problem there is room in the forms to request it. In most cases we will call you back anyhow as telephone communication is often the best way to work things out.

	- On-line bookings form
	Use this form to make a booking and submit the form on line. Very easy to use. We will contact you to confirm your booking within 24 hours.
	- On-line quotes enquiries form
	If you would like to make a booking but don't want to commit before you know the price then you can use this form to enquire about pricing. We will phone you back or email you depending on your preference, within 24 hours.

Printable forms can be accessed via the buttons below. The forms that we require you to complete and return are accessible via the red buttons. All forms accessed via the white buttons are optional.

- Booking Form.

This is a printable version of the on-line booking form. To be completed by the person organizing the event. This form should be returned to us at the address stated on our 'contact us' page.

- Permission slip.

To be used by any schools or clubs and other organizations that require parental permission when the parents will not be present at the time our service is provided. This is not a necessary form. It is there to assist organizing group events or if the person organizing the event feels it is necessary.
