We come, we paint, we photograph the faces and we make the pictures available for you online to download and print for your self...and that's FREE with every booking.  Our gallery lists hundreds of previous events containing 1000's of photos.  

Customizing the Albums

We do not charge for the standard photo albums however for an additional fee you can have an album customized.  Whether it be a birthday party costume ball or theatrical event, we will dress it up to make it presentable and email-able to all your friends

For corporate events we can also customize the album to highlight your company or business.  

For starters you we can include a logo or a banner (even a rotating banner).  Here's a page we have quickly set up as a basic example (should be updated soon to include a few other ideas).   Call us or e-mail us to discuss options and prices.

Copying the photos.

All the photos in the Gallery pages are resized for optimization on the web and only occasionally they're cropped or altered for other reasons.  If you find that the web photo you have printed is too pixilated or for any reason at all, we can send you a copy of the original photo (before any editing was done).  We try to keep them all on file and at this stage can see no reason for deleting them so they will hopefully still be available when you order a copy.  For more about ordering read below or click here.

You can have a copy of any of the photos simply by emailing us at photos@cheekyface.com.au  The best way to be sure we get the correct photos is to follow these steps and include the information in the email or you can post it to us.

Option 1.

1. Simply right click on the thumbnail of the image you want to order and click copy to copy the image.
2. Paste the image into the body of an email addressed to photos@cheekyface.com.au
3. Repeat this process until you have the photos you would like copied to the email, then send it.  Before you send it be sure to include the necessary details: i.e. your name & whether you would like to have the photos emailed to you or copied to a disc and posted (if the latter then please include your postal address)
4. We'll send you an invoice for the photos with instructions for payment.  Once the payment has been received we will send you the photos as per your request.

Option 2.

1. Copy the URL of the Album (the URL is address in the address bar ... you know the http://www.cheekyface.com.au/Gallery/youreventetc..).  Alternatively you can just let us know the number it has in the gallery listing next to it's name.
2. We need the ID of the particular photo or photos that you would like to us have send you.  If you place your cursor over the thumbnail of each photo you should get the file name which in most cases will be a number, pop up on the screen.  This is the number we need so be sure to include it in your order (If you are ordering more than one photo please be sure to separate the ID for each photo with a comma).
3. Once you have the information we need you can either email us or post your order to us at our postal address which can be found on the contacts link at the cheeky face website.  Before you send it be sure to include the necessary details:  your name & phone number & whether you would like to have the photos emailed to you or copied to a disc and posted (if the latter then please include your postal address)
4. We'll confirm the images by sending the thumbnail via email before we copy them to a disc for you.  We'll send you an invoice for the photos with instructions for payment.  Once the payment has been received we will send you the photos as per your request.

Didn't find your photo?

Delay for all events since July 2007.

The future of our Gallery has been under consideration up until recently.  We had to stop uploading photo albums until the end of December simply because we could not keep up with the extra work.  For the next mad season we aim to employ someone specifically for this task and therefore will have no reason to delay the uploading of the albums.  Latest development is that we have put a temporary halt to photo Albums whilst we configure the new software we recently purchased for managing the Gallery.  future photo Albums will look a little like this: Click here for a sample.  We are also having the website redesigned and therefore have no idea as to how long it will take before we can start adding the photo albums again.  We expect it to be months but it's been so long already that it's hard to tell.

Your event was prior to August and you didn't find your photo?

First of all before you read below you might want to check the archive pages where all our photo albums end up eventually.  There are links provided from the gallery but you can also go directly to the archive index by clicking here.

If you did not find your photo then it is possible that we have missed it somehow.  If you have found the event that you were at, listed in the gallery but your photo is not there, then please email us to find out why your photo has not been added. 

If however you cannot find the event listed then most likely your photo/s have not yet been uploaded to the gallery.  If so then we ask for your patience and understanding and refer you again to the above paragraph titled "Delay for all events since July 2007". 

The process of creating the albums is not a simple one and does take some time.  This is especially difficult when we are at our busiest time of the year.  The problems that arise with creating photo albums and timing issues is also partly why the photos are free to download and why we do not charge for the standard photo albums to be made for any event. 

If you simply cannot wait, then you can order the photos from us to be sent to you before we put them up in the gallery.   We will send you the full scale image (not resized for web optimization, as are the gallery copies.  So even once the free photos go up you will still have a better quality image that you can print on a larger scale without too much pixilation).  The associated costs and options are provided above.

To order an unseen photo we'll need some help...

If you can remember the details please describe the person whose photo you would like.  Include any clothing they may have been wearing at the time and the design they had painted.  Any relevant information you can provide will help us to identify the correct person sooner.  We will then email you sample photos to make sure we have the correct images before we invoice you.  For more information about ordering photos click here.
