Travel + Minimum Requirements.
Cheeky face has 2 locations in Melbourne from which you can determine a travel charge. This charge will vary according to how far your event is from either of the two Cheeky Face locations.
A minimum charge is required for all locations and that also depends on how far we must travel.

Travel:
This charge will vary according to the location.
If you are in zone 1 (according to either of our maps) there is no additional charge.
Minimum Charge For Your Event:
The minimum charge is based on the minimum booking time requirement which is 1.5hrs for events located within zone 1.
This charge will vary according to the distance from Cheeky face.
Other zones may require longer minimum booking times hence the minimum charge will increase.

If more than one painter is required discounts may apply. Please ask us for a price when your event requires two or more qualified painters.
Balloon Modelling (prices include GST):
Some of our face painters can also model balloons (also referred to as balloon twisting OR animal balloons).
To have a face painter who can do both at your event the additional charge is:
$27.50 balloonist booking fee + an additional $11 per hour (of the total booked time).
Booking fee + hourly charge = Additional total for ballooning.
e.g. 2hrs booking =$49.50 OR 2.5hrs booking =$55 OR 3hrs booking =$60.50 and so on.
The above additional ballooning charges are applied whether face painting is required or not.
Henna (prices include GST):
Some of our face painters are able to offer henna tattoos (also referred to as mehndi).
To have a face painter who can do both at your event the additional charge is:
$22 Prep Fee + $11 per hour (of the total booked time).
e.g. 2hrs booking =$44 OR 2.5hrs booking =$49.50 OR 3hrs booking =$55 and so on.
The above additional henna charges are applied whether face painting is required or not.
Trainees (prices include GST):
Trainee painters may be available to attend as an additional painter if required.
Trainees = extra $66/hr INC GST + travel charge based on distance from nearest Cheeky Face Location. Our trainees are pretty good but of course they are trainees. We hire painters under strict guidelines to make sure they are the right people for the job.

The minimum charged is
$165 inc GST PLUS TRAVEL if applicable (+GST).

Agency Fees (or similar)
Agents requiring Cheeky Face to represent them and refer all booking related enquiries back to the agent will incur an additional charge of 15%. If we are free to display Cheeky Face business cards this fee will not be charged.
